As of right now Clarks Quality Roofing is offering Roof Assessments at no charge, providing photos and a comprehensive report of the condition of your roofing system. This information is imperative for the future, and important for roof life extension.
Some examples of the Preventative Maintenance items we may discover are:
- Cracks, cuts, punctures, and other types of openings in the roof membrane and flashings that allow moisture to enter & jeopardize the integrity of the roof.
- Cracked sealant or caulking at walls and around penetrations should be checked to prevent moisture from entering.(Caulking only last 5 to 10 years)
